Erica Burman

I started working with Goodrich Pharmacy as a pharmacy Intern in 2003 during my first year of pharmacy school. I became a pharmacist in 2007, have been managing the St. Francis location since 2013 and am now a part owner. It is exciting to be a pharmacist and a part of this community. I take great pride in our pharmacy and love having the opportunity to spend time talking with patients and engaging in a variety of patient care activities. I also have the opportunity to teach the next generation of pharmacists as a pharmacy preceptor for the University of Minnesota, College of Pharmacy. My favorite part of pharmacy is helping patients optimize their health and achieve the best possible outcomes.

Areas of Interest:
I enjoy just about anything outdoors including horseback riding,running, hiking, going to the lake and spending time romping around with my husband, our two sons, and our dogs.

Any team my boys are on. You will find me cheering exuberantly on the sidelines of basketball courts, football and soccer fields around the community.

Berries and dark chocolate with my coffee.

Kim Firchau

I decided I wanted to be a pharmacist back in high school upon starting my first job at the local pharmacy. I enjoyed chemistry, math and helping people so pharmacy was the perfect fit. I have worked for a few of the chain pharmacies and a compounding pharmacy for much of my career. I started with Goodrich Pharmacy in 2022 and am so happy to call them home. The best part of my job is helping patients understand their medications to keep them feeling their best.

Anna Lange

I am very fortunate to have started my pharmacy career with Goodrich Pharmacy in 2021 as one of their resident pharmacists. During pharmacy school, I had always dreamed of working at an independent, hometown pharmacy! After my residency year at Goodrich, I was ecstatic to be hired on as a pharmacist here, and I now get the opportunity to travel to all of the Goodrich Pharmacy locations, where I staff the pharmacy, help patients understand their medications, vaccinate the community, and also provide patient medication reviews, checking the effectiveness and safety of patients’ medications. I love that at Goodrich, we are always striving to innovate and improve our patient care services, while making patients feel right at home.
